3 Queen Beds (2 on the main level, 1 on the upper floor).

Capacity and Restrictions:
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
No large events or weddings permitted on the property.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property or on any of the decks.
Renters must be at least 25 years old and must be physically present for the entire stay.
Pet Policy:
No pets are allowed during high season.
One small non-shedding dog may be permitted during the off-season; additional cleaning fees may apply. Please inquire for details.
Storage and Equipment:
Renters do not have access to storage space/garage.
Beach chairs/equipment are NOT provided.
Cleaning and Linens:
Bed linens are included in the cleaning fee.

ADDITIONAL FEES
The total cost for your stay will include a North Carolina tax rate of 6.75% applied to your booking. In addition.
A cleaning fee of $250 is required for every stay, regardless of the duration. This fee covers bed linens, which are rented from an external source to guarantee proper sanitation. Please note that towels are not included in the cleaning fee but can be added for an additional charge.
